Refund and Returns Policy

1. Timeframe
You can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Product Condition
Items must be unused, undamaged, include all accessories, and be in their original packaging. A purchase invoice or order proof must be provided.

3. Exceptions
Certain items, such as hygiene products or underwear, may not be eligible for return.

4. How to Request a Return
Send your request via the contact page or email with your order number and reason for return. After approval, instructions will be provided for returning the product.

5. Refund / Exchange
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7–14 business days, or the product will be exchanged. Return shipping fees may apply unless the issue is caused by the store.

6. Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
