سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال – ميرا كوتيور
• يمكن طلب استرجاع أو استبدال خلال 14 يومًا.
• يشترط إرجاع المنتج بحالته الأصلية وبتغليفه الأصلي إلى الفرع الموضّح مع التواصل معنا.
• لا يُقبل أي إرجاع بدون التغليف الأصلي أو في حال استخدام المنتج أو عدم الحفاظ على حالته الأصلية.
• المنتجات المخفّضة أو ضمن العروض: الاستبدال فقط دون استرجاع نقدي.
• في حال خطأ في التسليم أو تلف أو عدم مطابقة: يتم استرجاع قيمة المنتج بعد إرجاعه خلال 14 يومًا بحالته الأصلية.

• مع إرسال رقم الطلب، صورة الفاتورة، وصورة واضحة للموديل المطلوب.
• يُسمح بعملية إرجاع واحدة فقط.
• لا تُقبل الإرجاعات إذا كان المنتج مستخدمًا، أو بدون بطاقات/تغليف، أو مرفقاته ناقصة، أو ضمن العروض.
ميرا كوتيور غير مسؤولة عن أي مشكلات ناتجة عن عدم الالتزام بشروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال
Return and Exchange Policy – Mira Couture
• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to the branch indicated, and you must contact us.
• Returns will not be accepted without the original packaging, if the product has been used, or if it is not in its original condition.
• For discounted or promotional items: exchanges only, no refunds.
• In case of delivery error, damage, or discrepancy: the product price will be refunded upon its return within 14 days in its original condition.

• Please send your order number, a photo of the invoice, and a clear photo of the desired item.
• Only one return is allowed per customer.
• Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, without tags/packaging, missing accessories, or if it is part of a promotional offer.
Mira Couture is not responsible for any problems resulting from non-compliance with the return and exchange terms.
